Google Platform Terms of Service
Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LeStallion services that connect to Google authentication or Google APIs (the “Google-connected Services”). By accessing or using those services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Google-connected Services.
1. About LeStallion
LeStallion operates lestallion.com. You can contact us at support@lestallion.com.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Google-connected Services for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Google Account Authorization
Some features require you to authenticate with Google and approve the permissions displayed on Google’s consent screen. You control whether to grant those permissions. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity performed through your authorized connection.
You may revoke LeStallion’s access through your Google Account connections settings. Revocation may prevent some features from working.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Google-connected Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use the services to violate any law or the rights of another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data;
- interfere with, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the services;
- upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or deceptive content;
- reverse engineer or misuse the services except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the services in a way that violates Google’s applicable terms or policies.
5. Your Content and Instructions
You retain ownership of content and information you provide or authorize LeStallion to access. You grant LeStallion a limited right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the feature you request, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for information you submit or direct us to process.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of information are described in the Google Platform Privacy Policy. LeStallion’s use of information received from Google APIs is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Third-Party Services
The Google-connected Services rely on third-party platforms, including Google. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. LeStallion does not control and is not responsible for outages, changes, suspension, or termination of third-party services. Google is not responsible for LeStallion’s services.
8. Intellectual Property
LeStallion and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, designs, trademarks, and related materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you ownership of LeStallion intellectual property.
9. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Google-connected Services, including when required by security, legal, operational, or third-party platform considerations. We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or misused the services. You may stop using the services at any time and revoke Google access through your Google Account settings.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Google-connected Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeStallion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LeStallion against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, your content, or your material breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, third-party requirements, or applicable law. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
