Google Platform Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LeStallion (“LeStallion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use LeStallion services that connect to Google’s authentication or API services (the “Google-connected Services”). It applies in addition to any other privacy notices presented by LeStallion.

1. Who We Are

LeStallion operates lestallion.com. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@lestallion.com.

2. Information We Receive

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google account, we may receive information that Google makes available under the permissions displayed on the Google consent screen. Depending on the feature you use and the permissions you approve, this may include:

  • basic account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier;
  • authentication information, including access tokens and refresh tokens used to maintain the connection; and
  • information from the specific Google services and scopes that you explicitly authorize.

We do not receive your Google password. LeStallion will not access Google account data beyond the permissions you approve.

3. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Google-connected feature you request. This may include authenticating your identity, connecting your account, performing an action you initiate, preventing fraud or abuse, providing support, and diagnosing service errors.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, advertising profiles, credit-worthiness decisions, or purposes unrelated to the feature for which you granted access.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

LeStallion’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. When We Share Information

We may share information only:

  • with service providers that process information on our behalf to operate, host, secure, or support the service and that are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • when you instruct us to share it or when sharing is necessary to complete an action you request;
  • to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request; or
  • to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of LeStallion, our users, or the public.

We do not permit third parties to use Google user data for their own advertising purposes.

6. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Internet transmission and electronic storage are not completely secure, so no method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the connected service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When the data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.

7. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may disconnect LeStallion from your Google account through your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops future access through the revoked authorization but does not automatically delete information previously provided to LeStallion.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by LeStallion, email support@lestallion.com with the subject “Google Data Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

8. Cookies and Technical Information

Our services may use cookies, logs, device information, IP addresses, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and service operation. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential cookies.

9. International Processing

LeStallion is based in Australia, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

The Google-connected Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those services. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
