Video Transcript: Christina Rose Reviews the LeStallion A5 Journal
I was gifted this beautiful faux leather notebook. And even after writing it for the first time, it feels like I'm being drawn back to my roots back to the pen and paper. Whenever I don't feel like myself, it's often due to keeping my thoughts in my head, not getting them out verbally or on paper.
I have a habit of ruminating and not expressing, not giving the thought the opportunity to present itself and all of its flaws and untruths outside of my head. Funny how once you put the thought out into the world, whether that's through spoken word or down on paper, that it loses its truth.
When you can create distance between yourself and the thought itself, you're able to poke holes and see it for what it truly is just a thought. Use this journal. However, you see fit if manifestation is your thing, this notebook comes equipped with an inspirational fun poem to start. And goal setting cards in the back sleeve, journaling and goal setting are two things I firmly believe would benefit us all.
And personally, it's hard to feel inspired when you don't have the right materials. I grew up writing poems mostly and always found that a good notebook and the right pen always drew me back. This notebook has quickly become my new favorite and I already feel myself pulled to write again.
